To get a better understanding, our pricing is based on size and condition of properties. We have researched the average prices of both states to finalize our competitive rates. We have fees that we apply, read our contracts listed at the bottom of our website. Our clients can add-on tasks that are not included in the cleaning package, be aware those tasks add on more time to the duration of service. Discounts are offered. We do not clean closed off areas, make sure targeted areas are open or give us permission to enter.
